The guitar was my take on my own guitar a Schecter Research C-6 Elite. I took measurements from my guitar and cross referenced with my other guitar that I have.  

The photo on the left shows the amount of distance required between frets which is based off of my guitars. Image on the right are the measurements from my guitars so the model is accurate to spec.
